A new law means that every employer must automatically offer eligible workers a workplace pension scheme. This is called ‘Automatic Enrolment’.
We are offering clients a service to guide you through the changes and make sure you are able to meet your new employer duties. Automatic Enrolment is being rolled out in stages until October 2018. Each employer has been given a specific date (called the staging date) by which it must have automatically enrolled eligible workers.
